Your Sales Ledger, address and telephone listings.
Weekly aged debtors listing indicating actionable accounts.
Your letterheads for reminders if required.
We Provide
Immediate telephone contact with customers, as your Credit Control department.
Calls made, if required, against predetermined scripts provided by your company.
Daily fax or Email reports enabling speedy resolution of queries.
Continual action until the account is cleared to your satisfaction.
No additional charges for Creditsafe collection in the event of non payment under "First Call Plus" service.
The Cost Per Month
*All invoices in arrears, credit terms 30 days net.
*Charges based on volumes of accounts or £ values.

Terms & Conditions
After initial "clean up" on Sales Ledger no accounts older than 21 days past due may be placed under "First Call Plus" service.
Termination period 30 days in writing, normal postal service, by either side.
In the event of termination of "First Call Plus" residual accounts, if any, will be closed at no additional fee.
Legal fees, in the event of Creditsafe Ltd commencing legal action, are payable by yourselves at cost only. No litigation instituted without your prior approval. |
